What to write to us about
- A mistake. A wrong figure, an out-of-date source or a broken link. Please include the page address and, if you can, the settings you used (the share link captures them).
- A question about a result. If a number surprises you, ask and we will explain how it was worked out.
- An idea. A what-if question you would like to see as an experiment.
- Privacy or advertising. Questions about cookies or ads. Our privacy policy may already answer them.
When to expect a reply
We usually reply within a few working days. Corrections are checked against the original source first, and once fixed the page shows a new “Last updated” date.
We cannot give personal financial, medical or legal advice, so we may point you to an official source such as MoneyHelper, the NHS or GOV.UK instead.
