IfSketch (ifsketch.com) is published by Aivora Digital. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Aivora Digital. For anything about your data, email aivora@agentmail.to.

Every experiment runs in your browser. The values you enter on the sliders and boxes are not sent to us, and you do not need an account. If you copy a share link, the scenario is stored in the link itself, so anyone you send it to sees the same settings.

On your first visit a banner asks whether we may use Google Analytics cookies. You can accept or reject; every experiment works the same either way. We store your answer in your browser’s local storage (under the name ifsketch-analytics-consent) so the banner does not reappear on every page.

Until you accept, Google tags run in Google Consent Mode’s “denied” state, which means no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Advertising cookies stay denied unless a separate advertising choice is recorded through Google’s own consent tools.

To change or withdraw your choice at any time, select Cookie settings in the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies and site data for ifsketch.com in your browser settings.

IfSketch uses Google AdSense to show adverts, which helps keep the site free. Google is a third-party vendor, and it and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

• Personalised ads. With your consent, Google’s advertising cookies let it and its partners show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Non-personalised ads. Without that consent, Google may still show ads that are chosen from the page you are reading and your general location, not your browsing history. These may still use cookies or similar technologies for things like limiting how often you see an ad, reporting and preventing fraud, where the law allows.

Google advertising cookies can include names such as __gads, __gpi and IDE (on doubleclick.net). You can find out more and opt out:

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CXL7JSD57S) to see, in total, which experiments people use and how they found the site. This helps us decide what to improve or add next.

It records pages viewed, time on page, the referring website, approximate location (country or city, worked out from your IP address), and device, browser and screen size. It sets first-party cookies called _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years unless you delete them. It never receives the numbers you type into an experiment.

You can also block Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run the service securely. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings. Hosting logs are kept for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used. In practice we hold almost none, but email us and we will help. Data collected by Google is handled under Google’s privacy policy. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

IfSketch is a general-audience site and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
